Some bags should never be chosen from ready-made designs. They should be created individually — for the person who will carry them, for the way they live, and for the feeling they want to preserve in every detail.

At HuongCraft, our bespoke service is intended for clients who seek a piece with a distinct personal identity, rather than selecting from mass-market designs. Each project begins with the client’s own idea and is developed into a finished bag through handcrafted workmanship, carefully chosen materials, and meticulous attention at every stage.

Clients may send us a sketch, reference images, or a detailed description of the design they have in mind. From there, HuongCraft works closely with them to refine the structure, proportions, functionality, and overall spirit of the piece.

We undertake commissions in a wide range of materials, from alligator, ostrich, and lizard leather to more traditional options such as cowhide, calfskin, sheepskin, and goatskin, depending on each client’s aesthetic direction and practical needs.

Once the concept and materials are agreed upon, HuongCraft provides a detailed quotation for the project. When the client confirms, the production schedule is secured with a non-refundable 50% deposit. The remaining balance is paid upon completion of the piece.

Production usually takes between 3 and 15 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, the structure of the bag, and the materials selected. Throughout the process, we provide progress updates through photographs or videos, allowing clients to follow the making of their own piece.

To ensure the highest level of finish and precision in every detail, HuongCraft accepts only a limited number of bespoke commissions each month.
